About Meis

Meis can trace its roots back to 1997.

Our history includes being part of the original team developing restricted share scheme (performance share plans) in the UK and the design of some of the most unique and business focused incentive arrangements in the UK.

Meis and Inbucon, its sister brand, specialising in general reward and compensation and established tracing its routes back to 1927, are both trading names of TBP2 Limited.

Re-structured in 2009, TBP2 Limited is now a privately held company controlled by its staff.

TBP2 has a culture where individuals are encouraged to develop their strengths working within supportive teams to deliver high quality consulting and innovative solutions to its customers.
